How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are prepared within  2-4 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Please note that it may take longer during peak seasons. You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped.

Can I add or change items after placing my order?

Yes, if your order has not yet shipped. Please email us with your request and we will do our best to combine or adjust items without charging additional shipping fees.

Do you offer tracked shipping?

Yes, all orders are shipped with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you as soon as your package is dispatched.

How much is shipping?

Free shipping on orders of $65 or more. Shipping for orders under $65 is weight-based.

How long will delivery take?

Within the United States: delivery usually takes 3–6 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.
If you’re located outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please email us at info@cheeseya.com — we will do our best to assist you.

Can I choose faster shipping?

Yes. At checkout, you may select USPS Priority Mail for expedited delivery.

Do you offer local pick-up in NYC?

Local pick-up is not currently available.
However, we occasionally collaborate with local cafés and bookstores in New York for pop-up events, where a curated selection of our products will be featured.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes. Our packaging is minimal and thoughtful. If your purchase is for a special occasion, leave a note at checkout and we will add an extra touch.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final due to the nature of our limited imports and small-batch pieces. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us a photo within 7 days of receipt and we will resolve the issue promptly.

What does your brand stand for?

The name Cheeseya comes from two rescued stray dogs — Cheese and Yaya.
They remind us every day that gentle hearts and small acts of care can make the world a softer place.
Through our curated lifestyle goods, we hope to bring that same quiet joy and thoughtfulness into your daily life.
