How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are usually prepared in our NYC studio within 2-4 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Please note that processing your order may take longer during peak seasons. You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped.
Can I add or change items after placing my order?
Yes, as long as your order has not yet shipped. Please email us at info@cheeseya.com with your order number and request. We will do our best to combine or adjust items without charging additional shipping fees.
Can I cancel an order?
Due to the limited and small-batch nature of our curated goods, we are unable to accept cancellations once an order is placed. We appreciate your understanding and support of our small studio.
Do you offer tracked shipping?
Yes. All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you as soon as your package is shipped. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey until it reaches your door.
What happens if I order pre-order and in-stock items together?
We recommend placing separate orders for pre-order and in-stock items. If combined in one order, your parcel will be dispatched when all items are ready.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Pre-orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase. After this period, pre-ordered items are typically in production or in transit from Asia and cannot be canceled.
How much is the shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on orders of $65 or more. For orders under $65, shipping costs are calculated based on weight at checkout.
How long will delivery take?
For orders within the United States, delivery usually takes 3–6 business days. Please note that this is an estimate and does not include the 2-4 business days required for order processing.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. If you are located outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please reach out to us at info@cheeseya.com. We will do our best to assist you with a manual shipping quote or alternative arrangements.
Can I choose faster shipping?
Yes. At checkout, you may select USPS Priority Mail for expedited delivery. This is a great option if you need your items to arrive sooner than the standard shipping time.
Do you offer local pick-up in NYC?
Local pick-up is not currently available. However, we occasionally collaborate with local cafés and bookstores in New York for pop-up events, where a curated selection of our products will be featured.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Our packaging is minimal and thoughtful by design. If your purchase is for a special occasion, please leave a note at checkout and we will add an extra touch to make it truly special.

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our limited imports and small-batch pieces, all sales are final. However, your experience is important to us. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us a photo at info@cheeseya.com within 7 days of receipt, and we will work quickly to resolve the issue for you.
What does your brand stand for?
The name Cheeseya is inspired by two rescued dogs — Cheese and Yaya. They remind us every day that gentle hearts and small acts of care can make the world a softer place.
