Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Cheeseya.

1. All Sales Are Final Due to the unique nature of our artist-exclusive collections and stationery goods, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind reasons (e.g., if you no longer want the item or ordered the wrong product).

2. Quality Guarantee & Damages Please inspect your order upon reception. We accept return or refund requests within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • The wrong item was received.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Minor variations in color or slight natural textures in paper items are not considered defects.

3. How to Start a Return To start a return for a quality issue, please contact us at [info@cheeseya.com] with your Order Number and clear photos/videos of the issue.

  • If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
  • Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Art prints and illustrations.
  • Blind boxes or mystery packs.
  • Sale items and gift cards.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages Once an order is handed over to the carrier and marked as “Delivered,” Cheeseya is no longer liable for loss or theft. We will assist you with tracking information to help you file a claim with the carrier.
