Shipping & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Cheeseya. Since we work with exclusive artists and offer limited-edition collections, our policies are designed to protect the integrity of these unique creations while ensuring you receive products of the highest quality.
I. SHIPPING & PROCESSING
Shipping Rates & Delivery Options
We offer shipping within the United States using USPS.
Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage):
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and delivery location.
Free Shipping:
We are happy to offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $65. This discount is automatically applied at checkout when eligible.
Expedited Shipping (Optional):
For customers who prefer faster delivery, USPS Priority Mail is available at checkout for an additional cost. Expedited shipping fees are calculated in real time and are not included in free shipping promotions.
Order Processing Time
All orders are thoughtfully packaged and processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
Please note: Processing time is separate from the time it takes for a carrier to deliver your package. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Cheeseya is not responsible for packages once they are handed over to the carrier. If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you cannot find it, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office.
- While we are not legally liable for theft after delivery, we will gladly provide tracking details to assist you in any investigation with the carrier.
II. REFUND & RETURN POLICY
1. All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of our curated stationery and exclusive artist goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind reasons (e.g., if you no longer want the item, or ordered the wrong product by mistake). We encourage you to review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Quality Guarantee & Return Window (7 Days) If your order arrives with a material defect, verified damage, or a quality issue, we are here to help.
- The Window: You must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (as marked by the carrier).
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund or replacement, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
- Exclusions: Minor variations in color (due to screen settings) or slight natural textures in paper/handmade items are characteristic of the artist's work and are not considered defects.
3. Non-Returnable Items The following items are strictly non-returnable unless they arrive with verified damage:
- Art prints and original illustrations
- Blind boxes or sealed mystery packs
- Custom or personalized products
- Items marked as Final Sale
4. How to Initiate a Return If you believe your item has a quality issue:
- Email us at info@cheeseya.com with your Order Number.
- Provide clear photos or videos showing the defect and the packaging.
- Once we verify the issue, we will provide instructions. Please do not send items back to the sender’s address without prior authorization.
5. Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For quality-related returns, we will discuss shipping arrangements during the authorization process.

While we do not currently have a permanent physical studio for order pick-ups, Cheeseya loves meeting our community! We frequently participate in local NYC pop-up markets and exhibitions.
